    Overview
    REC-505M can perform H.264 & H.265 streaming and recording simultaneously and can also serve as a dual multi-platform video streaming server while recording. It supports different bitrates for recording and streaming based on the applications and requirement. REC-505M also equips H.265 codec engine to allow users to record A/V contents up to 4K/60 444.
    REC-505M is a convenient, easy-to-use video streaming and recording device built for professional video producers. Streaming A/V is compatible with RTSP／TCP／UDP／RTP／RTMP／RTMPS／SRT／NDI|HX ** and makes streaming to YouTube, Facebook and many other social media platforms instant and easy. Recording on SD card or external HDD * for video storage is also supported. REC-505M can record MP4 or TS files to the supported storage media configured in FAT32 / exFAT file system.
    REC-505M can be remotely controlled by PC Windows, Mac, or mobile devices thru a web browser. Friendly control approaches make multiple scenarios feasible and handy.

    * External HDD might be needed to be powered by an external power adaptor depending upon power consumption. REC-505M supplies up to 900mA current for external storage devices thru USB 3.0 port.
    ** NDI|HX is one of NewTek intelligent properties and each device supporting NDI technology will be therefore charged loyalty by NewTek. Hence, enabling NDI|HX is based on customer’s request and provides unique NDI ID to be embedded into the device.
